Trusted and honest company
We had no hot water in the house and after I was let down by a different company, I was looking for someone good and trusted to fix the problem.
I trusted the reviews and it was a good decision. We had our new boiler fitted at a reasonable cost today and from start to finish it was an excellent job, great communication, very professional but friendly, very quick response and they were able to get us running within 3,5 hours. Very organised and honest person, they found a small gas leak in the house while doing their job which was never rectified by previous company (MCD) that did our service 2 weeks ago!

Scott was fantastic! My boiler was faulty and needed replacing. He got me a replacement boiler, had it fitted, and the old boiler taken away within 24 hours, he kept me informed throughout and was always pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend him.

Absolutely superb service - we had our vaccinations, and the heating went off before the bank holiday weekend so we were really desperate and Scott arrived 30 mins after the call and had our heating back on within the hour! Cannot recommend him enough!
Great service
Scott was unfortunately delayed but kept us informed all the time. He serviced our boiler and did a great job. Would use him again.
Quick work.
Being a landlord of a property, I needed a gas engineer to sort out a heating problem ASAP, as the tenant had been let down by a previous gas engineer, Scott was contacted on Sunday morning and 30 minutes later he was at the address and heating issues fully resolved. I now have a happy tenant, Scott kept me updated from the moment I contacted him to the final repair. Well done Scott, I highly recommend this company.

Cooker connection.
Call out for a cooker switch over. From gas to electric. The customer service was amazing, he came on time and did a super job. Will definitely be using Scott again for more job and I would definitely recommend. Not to mention the price is very competitive. He’s worth a lot more than what he charged. Amazing service. Highly recommend. Had a huge leak over Christmas. Insurance companies were awful to deal with. Spoke to Scott instead he came straight out to have a look at it! Managed to find and fix the leak within the day! Couldn’t thank him enough!
