Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! 5* Scott responded immediately to my late night call for help (at 10:30pm!!) after our boiler suddenly gave out, leaving our family of five with no hot water in the middle of a 30 degree heatwave! True to his word, he arrived promptly at 9am the very next morning to diagnose the issue. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest, he could’ve easily patched it up and charged us again when it inevitably failed, but instead he explained the situation clearly and gave us the best long term solution. I really appreciated being able to check his gas registration number easily on his website, it gave me great peace of mind. He sent over a quote for a new boiler the same day and managed to fit us in just two days later! The whole process was seamless. Communication was spot on, the price was fair, and the workmanship was excellent. Massive thanks to Scott and Ollie for pushing through the boiler install in such sweltering conditions, true professionals! Highly recommend to anyone in need of a reliable, trustworthy plumber!
